Key Landmarks: Across the street from the South Tampa Chamber. The Devonshire Building is East of our location on W Bay to Bay Blvd . If you pass the Devonshire Building heading East, you have gone too far. Likewise, if you pass Chops Music Studio and S. Malijo Ave. heading West, you have gone too far.
Suite 300 is located on the 2nd floor above Royal Oriental Rugs — accessed via the outside stairs located through the gate at the far east side of the building adjacent to the Devonshire Building.
Parking: We share the parking lot located on the west side of the building with Royal Oriental Rugs. For your convenience, there are 7 reserved parking spots marked by our signage.
